Terms and Conditions for VIBAL PACKAGING s.r.o.
1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between VIBAL PACKAGING s.r.o., with its registered office at Stýblova 253/13, Chodov, 149 00 Prague, Company ID: 19204337, VAT ID: CZ19204337, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 383011 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) regarding the purchase of goods via the online store at http://www.vibalpraha.cz.

2. Relationship of the Terms and Conditions to the Purchase Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchase agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer upon confirmation of an order.
The purchase agreement and these Terms and Conditions are concluded in the Czech language.
3. Offered Goods and Services
The Seller offers goods via the e-shop for the equipment of shops, establishments, and interiors according to the current offer published on the website.
4. Process of Concluding a Contract
Registration is required to purchase goods, during which the Buyer provides mandatory information (Company Name, Address, Company ID, VAT ID, Contact Person, Email, Password).
After registration, the Buyer can purchase goods by logging into the e-shop.
An order is placed by adding goods to the shopping cart and submitting the order.
The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
The Buyer is obliged to check and, if necessary, correct errors in the order before submission.
5. Price of Goods and Payment Terms
Prices displayed for goods are final, including all taxes and fees.
The Buyer may choose from the following payment methods:
Cash payment upon receipt at the store.
Cash on delivery.
Bank transfer based on an invoice.
Payment on account – only for long-term business partners.
6. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered via PPL, TOPTRANS, and DPD throughout the Czech Republic.
Delivery time is usually within 3 working days if the goods are in stock.
Delivery costs are charged according to the carriers’ price list.
7. Acceptance of Goods
The Buyer is obliged to accept and pay for the goods upon delivery.
Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the shipment for damage and conformity with the order.
8. Withdrawal from the Contract
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To withdraw, contact your sales representative or the customer complaint line listed in the “Contact” section of our website.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning goods if returned for reasons other than defective performance.
9. Complaints and Rights from Defective Performance
The Seller is responsible for defects discovered upon receipt or during the warranty period.
The Buyer has the right to exchange defective goods or request a refund.
Complaints must be submitted without undue delay after discovering the defect.
10. Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and legal obligations.
The Buyer has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) provides alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, which is usually faster, cheaper, and simpler than court proceedings.

12. Governing Law
Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by Czech law.
13. Final Provisions
All legal relationships not explicitly regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Commercial Code.
These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 01.11.2024.
