DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

We deliver your ordered goods to your chosen address throughout the Czech Republic within 3 working days, provided the goods are in stock. If the ordered goods are out of stock, you will be informed by email, SMS, or phone immediately after your order is registered. At the same time, you will be given the actual delivery date of the unavailable goods.

Before receiving the goods, please check that both the packaging and the product are undamaged. Do not accept the goods if there are any discrepancies. The invoice (tax document) will be included with the shipment.

Personal Pickup

Personal pickup offers the advantage of independence from the delivery service and also saves on shipping and cash-on-delivery fees.

You can pick up the goods at our store immediately after receiving confirmation of order readiness via SMS or email.
The goods must be picked up within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation message.
After this period, the goods will be released for general sale, and the reservation will no longer be possible.
The goods can then be purchased without an order at the current price listed on www.vibalpraha.cz.

🚛 Parcel Delivery

For larger shipments (volume and weight), we use the services of PPL and TopTrans. Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are charged according to the rates of these companies.

PPL

Package up to 5 kg: 99 CZK excluding VAT
Package up to 10 kg: 119 CZK excluding VAT
Package up to 20 kg: 159 CZK excluding VAT
Package up to 31.5 kg: 199 CZK excluding VAT
Cash on delivery: 21.50 CZK excluding VAT

TopTrans

Package up to 5 kg: 126 CZK excluding VAT
Package up to 15 kg: 187 CZK excluding VAT
Package up to 31.5 kg: 293 CZK excluding VAT
Cash on delivery: 21.50 CZK excluding VAT

Free Shipping: For orders over 8,000 CZK excluding VAT, shipping is free.
