    Delivery and transport

     

    We deliver your ordered goods to your chosen address throughout the Czech Republic within 3 working days, provided the goods are in stock. If the ordered goods are out of stock, you will be informed by email, SMS, or phone immediately after your order is registered. At the same time, you will be given the actual delivery date of the unavailable goods.

    Before receiving the goods, please check that both the packaging and the product are undamaged. Do not accept the goods if there are any discrepancies. The invoice (tax document) will be included with the shipment.

    Personal Pickup

    Personal pickup offers the advantage of independence from the delivery service and also saves on shipping and cash-on-delivery fees.

    • You can pick up the goods at our store immediately after receiving confirmation of order readiness via SMS or email.
    • The goods must be picked up within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation message.
    • After this period, the goods will be released for general sale, and the reservation will no longer be possible.
    • The goods can then be purchased without an order at the current price listed on www.vibalpraha.cz.

    🚛 Parcel Delivery

    For larger shipments (volume and weight), we use the services of PPL and TopTrans. Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are charged according to the rates of these companies.

    PPL

    • Package up to 10 kg: 133 CZK including VAT
    • Package up to 20 kg: 180 CZK including VAT
    • Package up to 31.5 kg: 296 CZK including VAT
    • Cash on delivery: 21.50 CZK excluding VAT

    TopTrans

    • Package up to 5 kg: 152 CZK including VAT
    • Package up to 15 kg: 226 CZK including VAT
    • Package up to 31.5 kg: 354 CZK including VAT
    • Cash on delivery: 21.50 CZK excluding VAT

    Free Shipping: For orders over 8,000 CZK including VAT, shipping is free.

    🚛 Our Own Delivery

    We deliver goods throughout the Czech Republic. The cost and conditions of delivery depend on the distance and order value.

    Payment options

    When shopping on our online store Vibal Packaging, we offer you several convenient and secure payment methods, allowing you to choose the most suitable option according to your preferences. Below you will find an overview of all available payment options that will simplify your shopping process.

    Cash on Delivery

    If you prefer to pay directly when picking up goods in person, we offer the option of cash on delivery. This method is ideal for customers who wish to pay only upon receiving the goods at our store.

    How it works:

    • Order: Place your order through our online store.
    • Order preparation: Once the order is ready, we will inform you by email or phone.
    • Pickup: You can collect the goods at the address:

    • Pickup deadline: 3 days from order confirmation.

    Cash on Delivery Payment

    If you want to pay only upon receiving the goods, use the cash on delivery option. This method is popular for its simplicity and security.

    How it works:

    • At checkout, select the cash on delivery payment option.
    • Pay the courier the amount indicated on the cash on delivery slip upon delivery.
    • Check the shipment before making the payment.

    Bank Transfer / Invoice

    For safe and transparent payment, you can use a bank transfer. After completing the order, we will send you an email with payment details.

    How it works:

    • After completing the order, you will receive an email with payment details.
    • Make the payment to our account and include your order number.
    • Once payment is received, we will process the order and send the invoice.

    Payment on Account (for business partners)

    For long-term partners, we offer the option of payment on account. This method is intended for regular customers based on an agreement.

    How it works:

    • Payment on account is available by prior agreement.
    • Terms and conditions of payment are arranged individually.
    • The relationship is based on trust and long-term cooperation.

    Welcome to our online shop! We are glad that you chose to shop with us. We will show you how to easily find what you are looking for and conveniently select products according to your preferences. Whether you are shopping for the first time or returning, we have prepared a simple guide to help you navigate our offerings and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience.

    Registration on the Online Shop

    First, we recommend creating a registration on our online shop. By creating an account, you will gain numerous benefits – faster ordering, an overview of your purchases, and the ability to repeat previous orders.

    • Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner. If you do not have an account, select "New Registration".
    • Choose whether you are an end customer or a wholesale customer and fill in your contact details.
    • Registration of wholesale customers is approved after authorization on our side.
    • Clicking "Register" will create your account.

    You can then log in and enjoy all the benefits of registration.

    Product Selection

    You can select products in two ways:

    • Search Box – enter the product name or code into the top search field.
    • Category Selection – browse product categories conveniently on the right side of the page.

    How to Add a Product to the Cart

    • Find the desired product and click "Add to Cart".
    • To proceed to checkout, click "Proceed to Cart".
    • In the cart, you will see all added products, their availability, and price – you can adjust the quantity.
    • Some products show related items below them.
    • If you want to remove a product, click the red cross next to the price.
    • At the bottom of the cart, you can see how much is left to reach free shipping.

    Shipping & Payment

    • Select the delivery country and payment currency.
    • Available shipping options and information about free shipping will be displayed.
    • Also select your preferred payment method.
    • A summary of the order, including shipping and payment, will appear at the top.
    • Proceed by clicking "Continue".

    Your Information

    In the final step of the order, fill in your personal information and billing address.

    • If you have an account, simply log in.
    • If you want to purchase without registration, fill in the details manually.
    • If delivery is required to a different address, fill it in separately.
    • You can write special requests in the notes section.

    Order Confirmation

    • Clicking "Order with Payment Obligation" will submit your order.
    • Confirmation and order status information will be sent to you by email.
